2. Refund Policy (Exception)
Refunds will be provided only in the following case:

If a customer is charged more than once due to a technical or payment gateway error:
The transaction will be verified
The excess amount will be refunded
Refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No other refund requests will be accepted.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can't be cancelled once placed.

Proper storage is the responsibility of the customer

Raj Enterprises shall not be liable for:
Taste preferences or dissatisfaction
Improper storage after delivery
Delivery delays caused by courier partners
Any indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount.
